At Himmat Finlease, he leads strategic planning, credit policies, risk management, and business expansion with a strong focus on compliant and ethical lending. With deep knowledge of secured and unsecured lending, co-lending structures, and portfolio management aligned with Reserve Bank of India regulations, he has built robust MSME and property-backed loan portfolios. Known for practical underwriting, collateral assessment, and recovery management, he now aims to scale technology-driven lending and explore fintech opportunities, including expansion into the UK market. 

 Swati Mehta, Director at Lenwealth Fintech, is a seasoned banking and financial services professional with 14 years of experience across retail operations, liabilities management, regulatory processes, and customer relationship management. She has worked with leading institutions such as HDFC Bank, IndusInd Bank, and HSBC, managing branch operations, retail liabilities, depository functions, KYC compliance, and service quality. Her contributions include strengthening governance, improving operational controls, and enhancing regulatory adherence across branch networks. As Managing Partner at Rexton Management Consultants, she gained entrepreneurial exposure supporting BFSI capability building. Currently, as Director of an NBFC, she focuses on governance, operational resilience, customer-centric processes, and sustainable growth.
